Thread Contributor: BlackCadejoWireless Benchmarks -- 4 Adapters - Atheros (Alfa Ubiquity, Enenius, TP-link)
#1
Real world testing. Each of these wireless adapters use atheros chips. There are two USB and two pci adapters. I tested every wireless adapter on a 24dbi fixed position grid antenna for the most accurate results. Drivers are listed below. Tested in windows using the program InSSIDer, and tested in backtrack 5r3 with airodump-ng for RXQ as well as aireplay-ng for packet injection. The test was for 2.4GHz channel 1 RXQ, noise floor, and injection performance.
